Product Overview
The DVK pole-mounted reactive power automatic compensation device is mainly used for 6~10kV transmission lines. It can control the switching of parallel capacitors through an automatic controller according to parameters such as voltage, time, power factor, reactive power, etc., to improve line power factor, reduce line loss, and improve voltage quality.
How it works
The device is mainly composed of high-voltage capacitors, vacuum contactors, voltage transformers, protective current transformers, control units, lightning arresters, outdoor drop-out fuses, outdoor current transformers and other components.
Working principle: The DVVK controller calculates and processes the real-time voltage and current of the line collected by the voltage transformer in the box and the current transformer outside the box, and then issues an input or cut-off instruction to control the opening and closing action of the vacuum contactor, thereby realizing the switching of the capacitor. The outdoor drop-out fuse short-circuits the device. Once the device has a short-circuit fault, the drop-out fuse immediately blows to prevent the device fault from expanding and causing damage to the line.

Performance characteristics
●Real-time tracking and dynamic compensation Realize the combination of static and dynamic, multi-level automatic switching, so that the reactive power compensation of high-voltage lines is more refined. ●Convenient parameter monitoring and communication It has a standard RS485 communication interface, which can realize GPRS remote monitoring and wireless monitoring. The wireless communication distance is greater than 500 meters (without obstacles), and the complete switching data and hourly data records are convenient for users to analyze the operation status of the line and equipment.
●Convenient and flexible installation and configuration can realize single-pole installation and double-pole installation. When used with SVR (feeder automatic voltage regulator), it can become a pole-mounted voltage and reactive power integrated control station.
