Product Overview
The working principle of dry-type transformers is based on the law of electromagnetic induction, that is, a changing magnetic field will generate an induced electromotive force. Dry-type transformers consist of two parts: the primary coil (high voltage side) and the secondary coil (low voltage side). When an alternating current flows through the primary coil, an alternating magnetic field is generated. The secondary coil surrounds the primary coil, and when the current in the primary coil changes, an induced electromotive force is also generated in the secondary coil, thereby generating a voltage in the secondary coil.
Application scenarios
Dry-type transformers have a wide range of application scenarios, including local lighting, high-rise buildings, airports, docks, CNC machinery and equipment, etc. Due to their excellent performance, dry-type transformers are also widely used in industrial production, aerospace fields, and medical equipment.
Structural characteristics
Because dry-type transformers have the advantages of strong short-circuit resistance, low maintenance workload, high operating efficiency, small size, and low noise, they are often used in places with high requirements for fire prevention and explosion prevention.

The intelligent signal temperature control system can automatically detect and display the operating temperature of each three-phase winding, automatically start and stop the fan, and have alarm, tripping and other function settings;
7.Small size, light weight, small footprint, and low installation cost.
Work Environment
1. 0 - 40 (℃), relative humidity <70%;
2. Altitude: no more than 2500 meters;
3. Avoid exposure to rain, moisture, high temperature, high heat or direct sunlight. The heat dissipation vents should be at least 40cm away from surrounding objects;
4. Avoid working in places with corrosive liquids, or gases, dust, conductive fibers or metal shavings;
5. Avoid working in places with vibration or electromagnetic interference;
6. Avoid long-term inverted storage and transportation, and avoid strong impact

Perfect temperature protection control system: equipped with a thermostat, a platinum resistor (Pt100) is placed in the pre-buried hole on the top of the low-voltage coil to monitor the temperature rise of the transformer winding, automatically start and stop the cooling fan, and have fault alarm, over-temperature alarm and over-temperature tripping functions, providing a reliable overload protection device for the dry-type transformer, thereby improving the safety of dry-type transformer operation.
