(hereinafter referred to as "Sefon"), founded in 2009, is a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, design, production, sales, service, and general contracting of power engineering. Sefon's main product portfolio covers 35kV and below oil-immersed transformers, dry-type transformers, special transformers, dry-type iron core reactors, high-low voltage switchgear, box-type substations, prefabricated cabins, and power quality control products. Specifically:​

• Transformer series: SC(B), SG(B), SCZ(B) series dry-type transformers; SM, SZ series oil-immersed transformers; three-dimensional wound core transformers (dry-type & oil-immersed); amorphous alloy core transformers (dry-type & oil-immersed); traction rectifier transformers for urban light rail and subway; multi-winding phase-shifting rectifier transformers; mobile substation vehicles; electric furnace transformers, and other special-purpose transformers.​
• Complete sets of equipment: Prefabricated cabins, high-low voltage switchgear, XBW-type prefabricated box-type substations, ZGS/ZFS-type combined transformers, and distribution cabinets.​
• Power quality products: High-low voltage line automatic voltage regulators, substation reactive power automatic compensation devices, voltage-regulating reactive power compensation devices, pole-mounted reactive power compensation devices, and three-phase unbalance control devices.​

Our products are widely applied in State Grid, China Southern Power Grid, local power grids, new energy power plants, and industrial users nationwide.​

The production base of Shaanxi Sefon Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. is located in the Equipment Industry Manufacturing Park of Xianyang High tech Zone, Shaanxi Province. It is a key project for investment attraction in Xianyang City in 2023. The main direction is technology research and development and production testing, involving products such as 110KV and below oil immersed transformers, dry-type transformers, special transformers, dry-type iron core series iron core reactors, high and low voltage switchgear, box type substations, prefabricated cabins, and power quality control products. The construction scale is 6000 square meters, with three production lines, namely oil immersed transformer production line, dry-type transformer production line, and box transformer production line. The estimated annual production capacity is around 100 million yuan.

The company has strong technical strength, with several electrical engineers and professional power technicians, superior production conditions, advanced process technology, complete production and testing equipment, strict quality management system and advanced testing methods to ensure product quality.

Production Market

The products are sold in most provinces of China, including Heilongjiang, Shanxi, Qinghai, Xinjiang, Xizang, Sichuan, Henan, Hunan, Hubei and Yunnan. The customer scope includes State Grid, Southern Power Grid, energy development, chemical industry, coal mining industry, etc. In recent years, the annual performance has maintained an annual increase of about 15%, reaching 80 million yuan, of which the proportion of in grid performance is about 70%

The company is fully committed to providing customers with meticulous and professional consulting services. It has professional technical personnel who follow standard specifications, clarify customer needs, strictly control quality plans, quantify the implementation effects of plans, solve actual customer problems, and after reaching cooperation, arrange professional technical personnel to supplement and refine customer requirements, provide all technical information and drawings in a timely manner, and take full responsibility for the quality and other services of subcontractors. During the manufacturing process, strict inspection and acceptance are carried out to ensure that the factory inspection is consistent with customer requirements. For problems that arise during the use of products or equipment, based on user feedback, our company's after-sales service center will coordinate with them, including product installation, maintenance, and technical Q&A. Throughout the service process, we will communicate and confirm with users to ensure the resolution of their actual problems. For products that are replaced or repaired, we will conduct re inspection and keep records of the after-sales process to ensure timely after-sales service and user experience.
