Online Monitoring Technology For Transformers

The online monitoring technology mainly uses two methods: vibration analysis and partial discharge detection. One is the vibration analysis method. This analysis method refers to monitoring the strength of the vibration signal of the transformer during operation, analyzing and summarizing the reasons for such monitoring results, and then conducting real-time detection of the operating status of the transformer, which is conducive to timely detection of fault problems and solving them before small faults turn into major ones. The second method is partial discharge detection. This detection method refers to the phenomenon of partial discharge caused by mechanical internal faults in transformers during operation, which can affect the level and speed of discharge. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen daily effective judgment and detection of transformer safety hazards in response to partial discharge situations in transformers, and to address these issues in a targeted manner to ensure the safe and stable operation of machinery.
