Product Overview
A skid-mounted substation is a complete outdoor substation prefabricated and assembled in the factory; it includes a transformer, high-voltage switchgear, low-voltage switchgear,service transformer, and other auxiliary equipment, all arranged within a common enclosure. It offers advantages such as full integration, easy installation, short construction period, low operating cost, high structural strength, and outstanding corrosion resistance, and is fully suitable for operation in harsh natural environments such as beaches, grasslands, and deserts.

Usage Environment
- Ambient air temperature is no more than 45℃ at the highest and -45℃ at the lowest
- Altitude is no more than 1000m above sea level. If special customized transformers and low-voltage components are used, the altitude can reach 4000m above sea level
- Vertical inclination is no more than 5°, and there is no severe vibration and impact
- Air humidity is no more than 90% (+25℃)
- No conductive dust, no explosion hazard, no gas that corrodes metal and electrical components
- Outdoor wind speed is no more than 35m/s
- Beyond the above normal use environment conditions, customers can customize solutions with our company.
Ordering Instructions
Customers are required to provide the following information:
- Main circuit scheme diagram and secondary circuit system diagram
- Auxiliary circuit electrical schematic diagram and terminal layout diagram
- Equipment layout diagram, combination diagram, plan layout diagram
- Model, specification, quantity of main electrical components of equipment
- Inlet and outlet wiring methods and cable specifications
- Equipment housing material and color
- Other special requirements can be negotiated with the manufacturer
