-The main function of the prefabricated cabin substation (container-type substation) is to convert the low-voltage AC generated by the power generation system in the new energy field into medium-voltage AC, and feed the electric energy into the national grid.
-It is suitable for the construction and transformation of 10-110kV small and medium-sized substations, factories and mines, and mobile operation substations in petroleum, chemical industry, drilling platforms, urban areas, and rural areas.
-The prefabricated cabin substation integrates low-voltage cabinets, transformers, ring network cabinets, auxiliary power supplies and other equipment into a steel structure container, providing a highly integrated power distribution solution for the medium-voltage grid connection of ground power stations.

-With energy control, DCS control, remote communication and other functions. - Personalized anti-static floor glue and highly flame-retardant interior to ensure the normal operation and safety of communication equipment
- Adopt three-phase four-wire or three-phase five-wire system
- High-quality three-phase tinned busbar copper bar, high mechanical strength and good heat dissipation
Use environment
- The maximum ambient air temperature does not exceed 45℃ and the minimum does not exceed -45℃
- The altitude does not exceed 1000m. If special customized transformers and low-voltage components are used, the altitude can reach 4000m
- The vertical inclination does not exceed 5°, there is no severe vibration and no impact
- The air humidity is not more than 90% (+25℃)
- There is no conductive dust, no explosion hazard, no gas that corrodes metal and electrical components
- Outdoor wind speed does not exceed 35m/s
