Structural types of dry-type transformers

The iron core is mainly composed of silicon steel sheets and coils cast with epoxy resin. Insulation cylinders are placed between high and low voltage coils to increase electrical insulation, and the coils are supported and constrained by cushion blocks. The fasteners used for component overlap have anti loosening properties.
Construction performance:
⑴ Solid insulation encapsulated winding
⑵ Non encapsulated winding
Winding: Among the two windings, the one with higher voltage is the high-voltage winding, and the one with lower voltage is the low-voltage winding.
From the relative position of the high and low voltage windings, high voltage can be divided into concentric and overlapping types.
Concentric windings are simple and easy to manufacture, and all adopt this structural method.
Overlapping type, mainly used for special transformers.
