TBB type high voltage automatic reactive power compensation device (hereinafter referred to as the device) is mainly used for the reactive power automatic compensation device of 10kV busbar of 35kV or 110kV substation. According to the change of reactive power of substation busbar, it automatically controls the switching of capacitor bank to improve the power factor in substation. The product is divided into indoor installation and outdoor installation.

The device is mainly composed of isolating switch, vacuum contactor, protective current transformer, spray fuse, high-voltage shunt capacitor, dry iron core reactor, discharge coil, lightning arrester, shell, control system and other components. Working principle: The control system calculates and processes the real-time voltage and current of the substation, and the controller issues a switch-on or switch-off instruction to control the opening and closing action of the vacuum contactor, thereby realizing the switching of the capacitor.

Performance characteristics

● Equipped with high-voltage compensation, the power factor and system voltage are controlled within the set range by automatically tracking the switching capacitor.
● Through the remote automatic selection switch, various compensation working modes can be flexibly selected.
● The voltage, current, power factor, reactive power, capacitor switching status and alarm protection information on the low-voltage side of the main transformer can be displayed in real time.
●It has a standard RS485 communication interface, supports Modbus, CDTIEC101 communication protocol, and cooperates with the substation integrated automation system to realize the "four remote" function.
●The vacuum contactor is used to switch the capacitor bank, which has the advantages of small size, good arc extinguishing performance, long life, low maintenance and safe use. It is particularly suitable for frequent breaking of capacitive current.
●Flexible grouping according to the total compensation capacity, up to 8 groups with equal capacity, and the maximum capacity of each group is 1800kvar. Automatic cycle switching, first switch first switch, to ensure that each capacitor bank is used at the same time, and the same capacitor bank is not put into use again within a time less than the discharge time.
●Configure the capacitor bank microcomputer protection device to realize the two-stage overcurrent and zero-sequence voltage protection function. When a group fails, it can be automatically cut off and locked without affecting the normal switching of other capacitor banks.
●Configure reactors with different ratios to limit the closing surge current and suppress high-order harmonics.
