Product Overview
The SVR line automatic pressure regulator can automatically adjust the gear with the load connection and switch according to the condition of the line voltage, so as to realize the adjustment of the regulator variable ratio, thereby ensuring that the output voltage is stable within the qualifying range. It can be widely used in the power supply line with a long power supply distance, large power supply load, large voltage fluctuations, and the quality of electrical energy cannot meet the standard. It can also be used for the work and mining companies that cannot meet the needs of production.
How it works
The SVR line automatic pressure regulator has three parts: the auto -coupled transformer has a load segmentation switch and an automatic controller.
The entire coil of the auto -coupled transformer is divided into three parts: series coils, parallel coils, and control coils. Among them, the series coil is a winding with multiple taps. These taps are connected between the input and output through different contacts with the load connection and switch to change the distribution position, thereby changing the auto -coupled transformer variable ratio to achieve the purpose of adjusting the voltage. The parallel coil is the public winding of the auto -coupled transformer, generating a magnetic field that transmits energy, and the control coil provides working power and sampling signals for the controller.
There is a load connection switch that can be converted with a switch with a load. In the automatic pressure regulator, the tap of the tandem winding is connected to the different contacts of the load connection switch, and the output voltage can be changed by converting the connection connection regulator variable ratio.
The automatic controller is the core part of the entire device. It is mainly composed of a single -chip control chip, display circuit, button circuit, voltage sampling, current sampling, state input, communication port, control output circuit, data storage and other circuits. Electronic technology, adopts military -grade control chips, has high reliability, strong anti -interference ability, and can adapt to harsh outdoor environment.
By measure the real -time voltage of the line to drive the movement of the load convergence switch, thereby changing the variable ratio of the auto -coupled transformer, so that the line voltage stabilizes between the set voltage and the lower limit of the voltage. If the measured line voltage of the measured line is less than the set voltage limit, the controller controls the increased voltage switch to increase the voltage. Conversely, the real -time voltage of the measured line is greater than the set voltage limit. Reduce the voltage.
